He went on to assume the role of Partner/Principal at Ernst & Young LLP. There he served as the Government and Public Sector Finance Practice Leader of more than $100m+ defining its go-to-market strategy for Federal, state and local governments, as well as higher education and large not-for-profit entities.

Today, he proudly drives the mission of Eskaton Consulting supporting clients and employees in achieving their desired outcomes and professional purpose. With Adams’ years of experience, Eskaton carries a big firm pedigree, while maintaining coveted cultural values of a small firm.
